Conference Fee

The delegate fee for the conference remains at USD1,500.


What Does My Delegate Fee Include?

Your delegate fee includes the following:

  • Two nights’ accommodation including breakfast at the Intercontinental Jimabaran on 26th and 27th September 2018
  • Attendance at and participation in the AOEC speaker programme
  • Lunch on both days of the programme and refreshments during programme breaks
  • Opening Networking Dinner on Wednesday 26th September 2018
  • Beach BBQ Networking Dinner on Thursday 27th September 2018

Please note that the fee for Accompanying Partners to attend the conference remains at USD350. This fee covers the additional breakfast plus attendance at the conference networking lunches and dinners.

All banking fees are the responsibility of the delegate. 


Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by a delegate, for any reason, made on or before 7th September 2018, the registration fee received, less any bank charges, will be refunded.

Cancellation by a delegate, for any reason, made after 7th September 2018 will forfeit the registration fee unless a new delegate from the same company attends as a nominated replacement for the cancelling delegate.

All cancellation requests must be made via the email below.


Insurance & Liability

The conference is organised on a voluntary basis by an organising committee. Consequently, neither the committee, nor any of its members, accepts any liability for any injury loss or damage whatsoever, whether arising to a delegate or to a third party, arising out of or connected with the conference.

The conference fee does not include travel and/or medical insurance of any kind, each delegate is responsible for their own Insurance in this regard.


About the Venue

Secluded within the boundaries of the exclusive neighbourhood of Jimbaran Bay, on Bali’s southern coast, InterContinental Resort, Jimbaran covers 14 hectares (35 acres). The resort features ornamental ponds, a winding lagoon and aesthetic stonework. The 418-room resort was designed to blend modern convenience with elements of traditional Balinese architecture. There is an obvious sensitivity towards the surrounding environment and respect for the island’s rich culture, fine artistry and Hindu heritage.


Additional Nights and Accommodation


  • Additional nights’ accommodation outside of the Conference scope must be arranged by each delegate directly with Intercontinental Jimbaran
  • All additional nights’ stay is at the delegate’s own expense (together with responsibility for cancelation and any charges incurred) and must be settled with the hotel upon checkout.

The Organising Committee is NOT responsible for arranging any delegate’s additional accommodation.

If delegates are intending to stay additional nights the Organising Committee has negotiated attractive rates with Intercontinental Jimbaran for the 3 days prior and 3 days post the Conference dates. The costs are at the delegates own expense.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: In order to safely secure this additional nights’ accommodation, the delegate must liaise directly with the Intercontinental Jimbaran Hotel and provide the necessary credit details.


Airport Transfers

Delegates are responsible to organise their own transfers to and from Bali Denpasar Airport to Intercontinental Jimbaran. Taxis are readily available at the airport or, if you prefer, private cars can be arranged (at each delegate’s own convenience and cost) by Intercontinental Jimbaran. Please contact the Intercontinental directly for more information.

Please allow at least 30 minutes for your taxi transfer from Intercontinental Jimbaran to Bali Denpasar airport. The taxi cost is payable in cash and is NOT included in your conference fee.
